Job Summary:

In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the production of top-notch food products while working in a fast-paced and collaborative team setting

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Food Production Associate, your main focus will be on maintaining the quality of our production process while also ensuring maximum efficiency:
• The execution of machinery and equipment operations in compliance with Standard Work guidelines.
• Examining goods to ensure they meet the desired quality and recipe requirements.
• Promptly removing the products that have been rejected from the production line.
• Adhering to guidelines for food safety and quality, which include implementing effective good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Creating a favorable work atmosphere and taking part in efforts to enhance work processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

We seek individuals who meet the requirements for the position:
• It is crucial to maintain a robust sense of professional responsibility and timeliness.
• Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting while adhering to established rules and regulations of the organization.
• The job demands the ability to lift up to 30 pounds every now and then and work in temperatures ranging from 35-45 degrees.
• Previous experience working on assembly lines and in food-related industries is highly preferred.
• Fluency in the English language provides a distinct advantage.
