In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the production of top-notch food products while working in a fast-paced and collaborative team setting
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Food Production Associate, your main focus will be on maintaining the quality of our production process while also ensuring maximum efficiency:
The execution of machinery and equipment operations in compliance with Standard Work guidelines.
Examining goods to ensure they meet the desired quality and recipe requirements.
Promptly removing the products that have been rejected from the production line.
Adhering to guidelines for food safety and quality, which include implementing effective good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
Creating a favorable work atmosphere and taking part in efforts to enhance work processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
We seek individuals who meet the requirements for the position:
It is crucial to maintain a robust sense of professional responsibility and timeliness.
Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting while adhering to established rules and regulations of the organization.
The job demands the ability to lift up to 30 pounds every now and then and work in temperatures ranging from 35-45 degrees.
Previous experience working on assembly lines and in food-related industries is highly preferred.
Fluency in the English language provides a distinct advantage.
