Responsibilities in this position include completing physical labor duties in a production facility, while upholding safety and quality guidelines.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Packing Associate:
ā¢ Engage in a range of labor activities as part of a production team.
ā¢ Perform duties across multiple departments, including Further Processing, Whole Bird Packing, and other specified regions.
ā¢ Handle the processing of goods while meeting quality and safety criteria.
ā¢ Engage in activities near cutting devices as specified.
ā¢ Perform tasks on the assembly line in a range of climate conditions, including warmth, coldness, and moisture.
ā¢ Observe and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience of Food Packing Associate:
ā¢ Skill in carrying out demanding tasks efficiently in a quick-paced setting.
ā¢ Being prepared to work in diverse temperatures and situations.
ā¢ Although it is preferred, having prior experience in production or manufacturing is not a prerequisite.
