Role Description This role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems designed to replicate real-world workflows across food, culinary arts, and nutrition. Create and assess complex problems and tasks in the field of food, including culinary knowledge, nutrition, food culture, and consumer dining experiences Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, practicality, and relevance to real-world food and culinary practices Provide clear written feedback on food-related content and recommendations Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to iterate and improve model performance Ensure accuracy and alignment with culinary and food industry standards in all content used to train or evaluate AI systems Qualifications Deep personal or professional experience with food, cooking, culinary arts, nutrition, or related consumer-facing industries Strong knowledge of food preparation, dining cultures, cuisines, and consumer preferences Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and practical thinking Prior experience in culinary arts, hospitality, food writing, or content creation for food and dining is a plus Location: must be U.S.-based with valid work authorization Requirements Start Date: Immediate Duration: 1–2 months Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week (potential to extend to 40 hours/week) Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — flexible working hours Compensation & Contract Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($35–$50 USD/hr) Top performers receive weekly bonus incentives ranging from $20–100/hr on top of their pay rate Independent contractor Daily payment via Stripe Connect Application & Onboarding Process Upload your resume AI interview: A short conversation about your background, no preparation necessary!
