We leverage top-tier technologies and expertise driven by a passion for innovation to drive progress.We are looking to hire an experienced Flutter Engineer to build and maintain the next generation of cross-platform mobile applications. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-performance, scalable Flutter apps and reusable packages that target both iOS and Android platforms. You will work alongside other developers, designers, and stakeholders to shape app features, ensure quality, and continuously improve the product.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps and packages and reusable Flutter packages.Design intuitive, visually appealing UIs following Apple and Google design standards.Collaborate with the team to define features, architecture, and reusable components.Integrate APIs, manage secure storage, and connect with platform-specific services.Write automated tests (unit, golden) to ensure code quality and stability.Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.Participate in CI/CD processes and manage app releases to App Store and Google Play.WHAT YOU WILL NEED:Solid experience with Flutter and Dart, including plugin system and Dart VM fundamentals.Knowledge of reactive programming and clean architectural patterns.Experience in integrating APIs and managing secure local storage.Familiarity with Apple’s and Google’s UI/UX guidelines and animation principles.Proficiency in test automation and performance debugging.Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment workflows.Strong communication skills in English.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Culture & Development:Friendly Environment: We take pride in our culture and love spending time together.Team Spirit: Be part of a supportive team that uplifts each other.
