Fluids & Propulsion Technician (I,II,III or Senior)

As a Fluids and Propulsion Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of propulsion systems, working collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure system readiness.ResponsibilitiesFluids and Propulsion Assembly: Build, install, and test fluids and propulsion hardware—including thrusters, tanks, valves, manifolds, fluid lines, and harnessing—using engineering drawings, work instructions, and process documentation. This includes bending, flaring, fitting, and cleaning tubes to achieve required routing, fit standards, and cleanliness as well as valve and other component disassembly and assemblyComponent Prep and Handling: Prepare and handle fluids and pressure systems with precision, including cleaning, operating, maintaining, and ensuring safety and traceability throughoutSystem Integration: Work alongside engineering and quality teams to integrate fluids and propulsion components and subsystems, supporting checkouts, troubleshooting, and functional testsTesting and Validation: Conduct and support fluids and propulsion tests including proof, leak, flow, and qualification testingSafety and Compliance: Follow protocols for hazardous materials handling and pressurized systemsSkillsTechnical degree or certification in a relevant fieldYears of experience in assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace fluids and propulsion systems in line with technician levelExperience building and integrating fluids panel and tray assembliesProficiency in reading engineering drawings, schematics, process sheets, and work instructionsExperience with electrostatic discharge sensitive, foreign object and debris critical, and cleanroom operationsAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lift 25lbs and work in and around constrained and confined spacesAerospace welding and brazingOrbital tube weldingBenefitsEquityHealthDentalVisionHRA/HSA optionsPTO and paid holidays401KParental LeaveCompany OverviewTrue Anomaly is builds space security and resilience at the intersection of spacecraft, software, and autonomy.
