In this role, you’ll drive lead generation, own and optimize the performance marketing budget, manage campaign execution, and lead a cross-functional team to achieve ambitious growth targets. Let’s see what it takes What you will do:Contribute to building and executing the company’s marketing strategy, identify growth opportunitiesDevelop and implement a lead generation strategyOversee daily task planning for the entire performance marketing teamSupervise Asana: task reviews, prioritization, team consultationsPlan and manage performance team sprintsMaintain the budget file: update actual investments monthlyPlan, defend, and manage the annual performance marketing budgetManage the team: weekly check-ins, 1:1s, prioritization, feedback, and developmentBuild effective team communication and provide mentorshipOnboard new team members: training, 360 reviews, probation support, onboarding processParticipate in recruitment: job postings, interviews, preparing role responsibilitiesWhat you need to succeed in this role:4+ years of experience in performance marketingAt least 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Head roleHands-on experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Bing)Experience working with international markets, especially English-speaking ones (USA, Canada, EU)Proficient in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Hotjar)Experience in budgeting: annual budget planning, tracking actual spendUnderstanding of the sales funnel, lead generation strategies, and attribution modelsConfident use of Asana (or similar project management tools): sprint management, task reviews, prioritizationTeam management experience: check-ins, 1:1s, feedback, development, prioritization controlAt least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of spoken and written English (working with international markets, platforms, analytics)Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple processes simultaneouslyResults-oriented mindset and independent decision-making abilityOpenness to feedback and ability to give it effectivelyBenefits:Business hoursOpportunity to work fully remotelyInclusive international environmentCompensation in USDGood bonuses for referring friendsPaid intensive training and probationWork-life balanceResponsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperationGreenhouse conditions for self-development*The items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.
