Job Title: Fluent Commerce OMS Technical Lead
Location: New York
Role Description
Looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Lead with an acumen to solve technical challenges with proven ability to strategize and implement large programs
This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of the Fluent Commerce platform implementation The key responsibilities include
Leading the technical team in the design development and implementation of the Fluent Commerce platform
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
Integrating Fluent Commerce with other enterprise systems like SAP eCommerce platforms Middleware WMS and other relevant applications
Providing technical guidance and coaching to junior developers on Fluent Commerce development best practices
Ensuring the platform meets performance scalability and security requirements
Managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
The ideal candidate should have
Extensive experience in Order Management Systems with Fluent Commerce platform otherwise similar platforms like IBM Sterling Order Management
Strong technical background in ecommerce and order management systems OMS
Working experience in Retail or Consumer Packaged Good
Experience in Agile methodologies with tools like ServiceNow JIRA
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
