Once you join the program, you are expected to bring workforce strategy leads and HR executives into Flowmingo, helping them explore adoption. Responsibilities • Introduce Flowmingo to HR executives and workforce strategy professionals. • Promote the use of AI-powered hiring to improve efficiency and fairness. • Provide Flowmingo with insights on workforce transformation trends. • Support new users as they integrate Flowmingo into their processes. • Earn commissions for referrals, with bonuses for onboarding your own company.
