Full-time W-2 Mental Health Therapist position from the comfort of your home office About Healing Insight LLC We are 100% virtual mental health therapy and wellness collective dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families break cycles of trauma, isolation, and overwhelm through culturally relevant mental wellness services. Description Healing Insight LLC is looking for 4 Masters Level Psychotherapists or Registered Interns available 22-25 hours/week to work with adults, teens, couples and occasionally children (if desired). Clients referred to our practice often identify as Black, Afro-Caribbean, multiracial, and Latiné and are looking for a culturally relevant therapist who values their identities. Clients typically need support with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, workplace trauma, relationships, parenting, etc., • Earn $40+/hr from the comfort of your home office • FREE qualified supervision for registered Social Work Interns • We handle the admin; just sit back and do what you do best. • Perfect for someone looking to complete their registered internship in a private practice setting or transition out of community mental health • Experience increased freedom/flexibility and embrace private practice with your ideal clients. • This role is a Full-Time, W-2, Fee for Service therapist position Responsibilities • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform (provided) • Complete all notes and documentation promptly within 48 hours. • Update your calendar and availability as needed. • Attend Supervision Meetings Qualifications • Completed a Masters Degree in a Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related Profession • Registered Intern or Registered Internship Eligible working towards independent licensure in a mental health profession (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc., ) in the state of Florida • Active malpractice insurance or willing to obtain as a condition of employment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work remotely and independently in the United States. • Desire to work in a private practice setting and develop expertise in Trauma Therapy Application Instructions Please submit Indeed application with your resume.
