Florida Property Tax Attorney Needed — Hearing in 2 Weeks (Extension & Representation)
We’re seeking a licensed Florida attorney experienced in property tax appeals and assessments to assist with an upcoming property tax hearing scheduled in approximately two (2) weeks. Our goal is to reduce the assessed property taxes and, if necessary, file for an extension to allow additional time for review and preparation. Responsibilities: Review the property tax assessment and prior filings File an extension request with the appropriate Value Adjustment Board (VAB) or local authority Represent or prepare documentation for the hearing Provide legal guidance on reducing the tax liability Requirements: Licensed attorney in the State of Florida Experience with property tax appeals, county assessments, or real estate law Available immediately and responsive over the next two weeks Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Counties: Broward, Palm Beach, or Miami-Dade (but open to statewide attorneys) Budget: Open — please include your hourly rate or flat fee proposal.
