Florida Property Casualty Agent, Remote
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and committed individual to join our Florida team! Our P&C Account Manager (AM) is responsible for taking care of our customers directly. Our (AM) will act as our customer's support, write new business, manage existing relationships, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy, understanding, and efficiency. This is a remote position.
Job Duties:
Ā Knowledge of personal and commercial lines
Ā Provide service for existing insurance agency customers
Ā Quote, sell and bind new policies
Ā Actively focus on policy renewals and retention
Ā Service customer concerns
Ā Properly document and update all customer information within our customer service database
Ā Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Ā Mail and document management
Ā Other duties as requested
The ideal candidate will have:
Ā Valid 220 property and casualty license
Ā Be proficient in the rules and regulations related to personal lines and commercial lines insurance
Ā Ability to handle high volume phones and email requests
Ā Excellent servicing and relationship management skills
Ā Demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively
Ā Must be a team player and dependable
Ā Database/AMS360 experience preferred
Ā Computer skills are necessary i.e. word & excel
Ā M-F from 9:00 am - 5 pm
Ā Possess strong drive, ambition and goal orientation
On average up to $10,000 in annual performance incentives in addition to the posted salary and benefits. Incentives are uncapped.
