Florida Mortgage Loan Originator - Remote
This is a full-time, remote role for a Mortgage Loan Originator at CX Mortgage.
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for assisting prospective home buyers, existing homeowners, and real estate investors in securing mortgage financing. You will analyze and evaluate loan applications, conduct underwriting assessments, and guide borrowers through the entire loan origination process. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on various loan options and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of underwriting processes and standards
Experience in loan origination and mortgage lending
Proficiency in assessing and analyzing loan applications
Understanding of loan products and finance concepts

Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must have or be eligible for a MLO State License in Florida and/or Ohio
