Job Overview:This is the perfect part-time opportunity for the candidate looking to add a little extra income. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team in the floral department working primarily a Sunday shift. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our display shelves are fully stocked and organized. This is a vital role in maintaining a positive customer experience and maximizing sales.Duties:- Unload merchandise shipments- Sort and organize products in designated areas- Stock shelves with new merchandise- Ensure proper signage of product- Count inventory levels and communicate with management- Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display and overstock area- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goalsSkills:- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively- Knowledge or interest in gardening, lawn care, or related products is a plus- Ability to sell products by providing accurate information and recommendations- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly stockroom and sales floor- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure customer satisfaction- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not requiredThis is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a retail environment and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
