Key Responsibilities Execute floor maintenance tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing throughout resident rooms, communal areas, and offices Operate floor care machinery safely and effectively Keep accurate records of floor maintenance work and notify supervisors of any issues or safety concerns Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a hygienic environment Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring top-notch customer service Perform additional duties as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous floor care experience is an advantage but not necessary Maintain a positive outlook and communicate effectively with residents and supervisory staff for the successful execution of daily duties Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination guidelines Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for long durations Capability to handle routine and repetitive tasks consistently Must be comfortable working around food and cleaning agents Ability to follow both oral and written instructions and perform regular daily tasks Must reside within the service area Eager to Join Us?
