Flightline Readiness Tech Inspector ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting expatriate opportunity for a Flightline Readiness Tech Inspector Manager (Level K) in Zhoushan, China.The 737 team is looking for a first line quality manager to support deliveries at the Zhoushan delivery center. They will be releasing aircraft and preforming QMS oversight activities site wide. This manager will be reporting to a senior quality manager supporting site activities.This is a Long-Term Assignment for up to 3 years, with primary location in Seattle, WA, assignment location in Zhoushan, China. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.Position ResponsibilitiesWill make Aircraft Releases as Part 125 AMT on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies.Performing as an Applicant for ODA Recurrent Ticketing activities for the 737 MAX aircraft.Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.Provides education, coaching and review of Quality Management SystemDevelops and maintains relationships, partnerships and communication with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reportsDevelops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.Manages, develops and motivates employeeThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
