Key Responsibilities • Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning processes, providing excellent customer service and support. • Conduct safety checks, assist with emergency procedures as necessary, and collaborate with flight attendants and other crew members to ensure a safe and efficient operation. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the boarding area, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus. • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with experience in the airline industry being a bonus.
