Flexible schedule/Part time/ Remote Licensed Therapist & Counselors
Fully remote, 100% teletherapy position. About the Role We are hiring independently licensed Behavioral Health Therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with a minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience to join our partner's growing care team. This is a 100% remote, tele therapy position with flexible, part-time scheduling. As a therapist you will: • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via phone and video (sessions are 40–50 minutes, adult clients) • Provide evidence-based, high-quality care tailored to individual client needs • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and telehealth best practices • Participate in virtual team meetings and required provider trainings • Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Requirements • Independently licensed in your state (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families • Strong diagnostic, communication, and documentation skills • Experience working with diverse populations • Telehealth experience preferred • Must currently reside in the U.S. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, smartphones, and telehealth platforms Job Type: Part-time Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Application Question(s): • Which states are you licensed in?
