In your role as a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will engage in meaningful conversations with survey respondents on various topics. Your main tasks will involve making outbound calls, reading provided scripts, asking questions, and recording responses, conducting interviews, polls, and customer satisfaction surveyswithout involving any sales or collection tasks. This presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to valuable research!
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills and a clear phone voice
Comfort with talking on the phone
Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
Understanding of good customer service practices
Experience Needed
No prior experience requiredpaid training provided
Open to applicants aged 16 and up
Flexible Schedules
Evening and weekend shifts available
Choose your own schedule (18-40 hours per week)
Pay starts at (12 per hour; )12.50 per hour for certified bilingual (Spanish/English)
One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) required
