Evaluate speech and language needs, creating customized IEPs for student success.
Deliver therapy, track progress, and adjust interventions to meet individual goals.
Work with parents, teachers, and staff to support communication.
Perform assessments, document progress, and join planning sessions.
Champion students, train staff, and keep skills current through professional learning.
Qualifications/Benefits:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Maryland SLP license required
Maryland teaching certification preferred
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
1099 Position
Hourly Rate: $42+
