Responsibilities:
Manage low acuity urgent care and primary care cases remotely
Provide care to 8-10 urgent care patients per hour, both synchronously and asynchronously
Respond to patient inquiries and consultations promptly, maintaining a response time of 15 minutes or less
Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers, including other NPs/PAs and supervising physicians
Maintain a professional dress code during virtual consultations
Adhere to supervisor agreements and protocols
Utilize both synchronous and asynchronous communication platforms effectively
Requirements:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in all 50 states in the US.
Strong clinical skills in primary care or mental health.
Ability to manage a high volume of patients efficiently, averaging 6 patients per hour.
Comfortable with both synchronous and asynchronous patient care models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
