We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in an administrative capacity while providing essential support in a dynamic environment. The role offers flexible scheduling within full-time hours.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails as needed.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and documentation.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Conduct research and compile data to support projects and decision-making.
• Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
• Support other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (internships and volunteer experience welcome).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive problem-solving approach.

Work Schedule & Environment:
• Flexible full-time schedule (generally 35–40 hours per week).
