Your main responsibilities include: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with accuracy and timeliness.• Assist with account settings, product information, orders, returns, and refunds. • Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism. • Use internal tools to research and resolve issues in real time. • Follow standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies. • Accurately document customer interactions in the system. • Work with team leads and managers to identify trends, provide feedback, and improve service processes.
