Were seeking a passionate and driven Fitness Sales Rep to connect clients with life-changing virtual coaching programs while ensuring every lead finds the perfect match. If you have a passion for fitness and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this role is for you.
What Youll Do
Revolutionize Fitness Sales:
Engage with warm, inbound leads generated by our influential fitness coaches.
Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and goals, presenting tailored coaching programs that deliver results.
Serve as a trusted advisor, showing clients how virtual fitness can transform their lives.
Sales & Lead Management:
Handle incoming leads with care, urgency, and professionalism.
Use CRM tools to track, manage, and prioritize your pipeline for maximum conversions.
Follow up on leads and ensure no opportunity is overlooked.
Collaborate with Coaches:
Work directly with fitness influencers to keep them updated on client progress and provide insights on lead performance.
Act as a bridge between clients and their ideal fitness coach, ensuring smooth onboarding.
Drive Results, Earn Big:
Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals, unlocking uncapped commission potential and additional bonuses.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in consultative sales, especially phone-based sales roles.
Fitness sales or gym membership sales experience is a big plus!
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of leads.
A natural communicator with excellent active listening skills who can handle objections and build rapport quickly.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Passion for fitness and wellness, with a drive to help others achieve their goals.
