Job Title: Virtual Fitness Director
Overview
We are seeking a Virtual Fitness Director to lead, mentor, and drive results for a team of virtual fitness coaches. This role requires someone highly responsible, positive, and self-sufficient able to step in with minimal training, run operations like a machine, and inspire coaches daily. The ideal candidate is both a leader and high-ticket closer, ensuring coaches are held accountable, motivated, and consistently hitting their client acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
• Lead daily accountability group meetings to review progress, set action plans, and keep energy high.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 sessions with coaches to roleplay sales conversations, refine messaging, and solve challenges.
• Act as the closer on warm leads and assist coaches in handling objections.
• Monitor coach pipelines (lead sheets, DM outreach, conversions) and provide direct feedback.
• Track and report key performance metrics daily (leads contacted, calls booked, free trials activated, clients closed).
• Maintain a positive, performance-driven culture that keeps the team inspired and motivated.
Ideal Candidate
• Proven track record in fitness management, sales leadership, and high-ticket closing.
• Extensive experience managing personal trainers and helping them succeed.
• Requires minimal training self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Thrives at building and improving processes from scratch.
• Expert in cold calling, re-activating cold leads, and appointment setting (without a script).
• Strong in conversational sales, objection handling, and high-ticket closing.
• Highly responsible, dependable, and organized.
• Positive energy, natural motivator, and an inspirational leader who makes people feel good while driving results.
• Tech-savvy with scheduling apps, CRMs, and social media platforms.
Compensation
• Base salary: $7,000/month
• Additional performance-based bonuses tied to team client growth

• Full-time, remote
• Must be available to lead daily meetings and coach check-ins
