Fitness Creator Opportunity – Glute Development Coaching + Brand Partnership
Overview
We’re seeking motivated women who want to improve their physique through advanced glute development methods while expanding their online presence within a fitness-focused social media environment.
This role combines personal coaching, content creation, and brand representation. TikTok and Instagram are the primary platforms used to document training, progress, and education while connecting with other women interested in body recomposition.
Applicants who already have a growing fitness audience or an engaged, trust-based social media presence with at least 2k followers on IG are strongly preferred.
This is an active, content-driven role. You will be posting consistently and engaging in conversations through comments and direct messages generated from your content. If you enjoy being on social media, connecting with people, and sharing your fitness journey, you’ll likely thrive in this position.
You’ll be coached using a proven glute development system designed to build strong, aesthetic glutes while supporting long-term back and joint health. These methods were developed through firsthand experience working around low back pain and the same methods that reduced the low back pain also amplifies glute development.
Often referred to as “The Peach Dealer – Methods of the Glute Guru,” this approach focuses on sustainable results, structure, and long-term progression.
You’ll be coached by Jesse Valencia Jr., a natural IFBB professional bodybuilder who has been ranked #5 in the world as a natural athlete, bringing elite-level experience and proven systems into this program.
In this role, you’ll work closely with a high-level coach to achieve a personal transformation while creating content, engaging with your audience, and guiding interested women toward structured glute coaching programs — all while building your own profile for long-term growth opportunities.
✨ Responsibilities
• Learn and apply structured, glute-focused training methods
• Create and post consistent fitness content centered on glute development (training, education, and progress)
• Engage regularly with comments and direct messages generated from your content
• Hold genuine conversations with women interested in glute development and body recomposition
• Help guide interested followers toward available coaching resources and programs
• Tag and collaborate with the brand as appropriate
• Represent the brand in a positive, empowering, and professional manner
• Participate in group coaching environments by answering questions and offering support as appropriate
✨ Requirements (Important Adjustment)
• Must be 18+
• Strong interest in fitness, strength training, or body recomposition
• Comfortable posting glute-focused fitness content consistently
• Active on Instagram or TikTok or willing to create and grow an account with guidance
• Existing fitness audience or engaged social following preferred but not required
• Comfortable engaging in conversations through comments and direct messages
• Coachable, reliable, and consistent with communication and follow-through
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $20,000.00 per month
