This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in transportation engineering, civil infrastructure, and project management who thrives in a leadership role and enjoys managing complex projects.In this position, you’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and agencies, and deliver safe, efficient, and innovative infrastructure solutions. Our services span civil/site engineering, transportation engineering, electrical engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, planning, environmental services, land surveying, GIS, construction inspection, precast, and construction engineering, each offering opportunities to shape communities and improve lives.What You’ll Do as a Senior Transportation Project ManagerSuccessfully lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off.Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery.Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery.Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout.Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to team members.Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process.Support new business development efforts in collaboration with the Client Services team by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisher’s capabilities, and building lasting client relationships.Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.Represent Fisher Associates in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.Maintain knowledge of design software for effective team collaboration.
Requirements
