Our Auburn-based CPA firm is looking for a motivated professional to join our team of 19 talented individuals who serve an extraordinary and diverse group of clients across South King County, Washington, Alaska, and beyond.

About the Role

· Human Resources Administration

o Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

o Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.

o Manage backend logistics related to insurance, benefits, and compliance.

· Financial & Bookkeeping Functions

o Prepare internal financial statements and ensure timely reporting.

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for the firm.

o Collaborate with team members regarding AR, payroll, and credit card reconciliations.

· Operational & Administrative Support

o Perform quality control reviews for financial statement engagements (Reviews and Compilations) and tax returns.

o Provide administrative support to clients, including facilitating document submission and answering inquiries.

o Manage special projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the firm.

Qualifications
• Experience: Prior experience in office management, firm administration, or similar roles in professional services (accounting, legal, consulting) is preferred.
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Relations, or related field is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g., Sage).
• Familiarity with benefits administration and basic HR compliance.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for quality control processes.
• Interpersonal: Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
