Responsibilities
ā¢ Offer outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat.
ā¢ Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
ā¢ Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience.
ā¢ Provide accurate information on airline policies, services, and promotions.
ā¢ Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain thorough records.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Stay updated with industry changes and airline information to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
ā¢ Fluent in Finnish (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector.
ā¢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
ā¢ Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
ā¢ Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous.
ā¢ Willingness to work in a remote capacity and adapt to a flexible schedule.
