Key Responsibilities:
Participate in on-the-job training and shadow client meetings
Analyze client financials to assess needs and risk tolerance
Review available financial solutions and recommend appropriate services
Assist in creating financial plans that align with client goals
Contribute to marketing and expansion efforts
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit with SSN
Ability to complete licensing requirements within 30 days
Must pass a soft background check
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualities:
Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to personal growth
Leadership qualities or a desire to develop them
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
