Financial Manager/Director
Summary: Seeking a Finance Manager/Director to lead financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning in the automation industry.
Requirements:
5 to 8 years of experience as a Finance Manager/CFO in project-based companies.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management, SAP or other ERP systems.
Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with accounting software.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage finance team covering treasury, planning, analysis, audit, tax, and risk management functions.
Implement accounting policies to support business growth and scalability.
Ensure accurate project financial reporting and revenue recognition.
Monitor company KPIs including orders, revenues, invoices, margin of projects.
Drive continuous improvement in company operations and profitability initiatives.
Manage tax compliance for various states and federal taxes.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
