Financial Manager/Director

Summary: Seeking a Finance Manager/Director to lead financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning in the automation industry.

Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Finance Manager/CFO in project-based companies.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management, SAP or other ERP systems.
• Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.

Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage finance team covering treasury, planning, analysis, audit, tax, and risk management functions.
• Implement accounting policies to support business growth and scalability.
• Ensure accurate project financial reporting and revenue recognition.
• Monitor company KPIs including orders, revenues, invoices, margin of projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in company operations and profitability initiatives.
• Manage tax compliance for various states and federal taxes.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
