Financial Manager (Remote)

Position Overview The Remote Financial Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong knowledge of financial best practices and experience in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Develop and maintain financial models to support business growth and strategic decision-making. • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure financial stability. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and tax requirements. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and cost-saving initiatives. • Conduct financial risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks. • Work with external accountants and auditors to manage tax filings and financial audits. • Implement and manage financial systems and accounting software. • Support payroll processing and employee compensation planning. • 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred). • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. • Experience using financial and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. • Experience working in a remote environment and managing financial operations virtually. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills. • Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications) • Competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off • Fully remote work flexibility with a collaborative and professional team environment • Opportunities for career growth and financial leadership Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
