Position: Financial Crimes Quality Control Analyst (Remote in Atlanta, GA or Jacksonville, FL)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct reviews of alert assessments, case investigations, and EDD reviews to ensure proper analysis
Report and track quality control results, determining necessary follow-up actions
Draft quality control scorecards to summarize findings for management
Provide feedback to AML operations staff and management on QC results
Analyze and communicate enhancements to address identified risks or gaps in processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or GED required
2-5 years of industry-related experience
Knowledge of BSA/AML rules, laws, and regulations, including the USA PATRIOT Act
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sound analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelors degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field
CAMS certification
Working knowledge of a bank operating environment and applicable systems
Ability to build relationships and be a self-starter
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
