Financial Controller (limited remote work allowed)
About the position This position is located in Grand Prairie, TX, with limited remote work allowed (a couple of days per month). The role requires advanced accounting knowledge and the ability to lead a team of accounting professionals. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting financial data, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and effectively communicating financial information. Responsibilities • Manage and lead a team of accounting professionals and staff. • Interpret financial data and identify trends. • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting. • Convey financial information effectively through excellent communication skills. • Identify and resolve financial issues efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting principles and practices. • Strong knowledge of GAAP. • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance. • Proven track record of leadership and financial management. • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably as a Controller. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
