Financial Business Analyst only W2
Act as a liaison between end-users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
Facilitate moderate requirements gathering sessions
Identify Non-Functional business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (Functional and Non-functional) for software/app development
Develop and document scoping documents, detailed business requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, and work instructions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, vision, and timelines
Conduct research to identify technology solutions that will enhance business operations
US GAAP accounting principles, journal entries, and the difference between sub-ledgers and general ledgers.
experience working with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and handling large volumes of data. Reporting experience is also crucial as it is the end product of the solution being built.
The candidate needs to understand the detailed requirements and be able to create user stories using an agile method.
