About the Role
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Finance & Business Operations Analyst to support our Finance and Operations team in analyzing, documenting, and improving core financial and operational processes. This position includes handson exposure to finance operations, budgeting, and process optimization, with a strong emphasis on leveraging automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy. The Analyst will work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders in a collaborative, fastpaced environment while contributing to meaningful operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daytoday finance and business operations, including expense management, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Analyze existing financial and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and process maps to support operational clarity and scalability.
• Assist with system implementations, enhancements, or tool evaluations related to finance and operations.
• Prepare basic reports, analyses, and dashboards to support decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with team members on adhoc projects and crossfunctional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail.
• Interest in finance operations, business processes, and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial systems or data tools is a plus.
• Curiosity about automation, AI, and technologyenabled process improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
