Financial Analyst Specialist

You will be supporting our Network Business with opportunity for growth. As an FIS Financial Analyst, you'll have your finger on the financial pulse of the entire organization. Working with a diverse team, you'll be responsible develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. This role is hybrid with an in-office requirement of 3 days a week at either our Jacksonville Florida or Brown Deer Wisconsin offices. Responsibilities • Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. • Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. • Meet with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets. • Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations. • Track revenue and expenses on a monthly basis, comparing actual to forecasted figures and make necessary adjustments. • Perform economic research and studies in areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements. • Prepare reports for management summarizing results of research, analyses and evaluation of any discrepancies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree is required, Finance or Accounting highly preferred. • Typically, a minimum of 2 years of Corporate Finance experience. • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools. • Experience with financial modelling and forecasting with a Revenue focus. • Proficient user of Power BI. • Analytical and statistical examination skills. • Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met.
