What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert financial analysis and reporting in support of the FAA's budgeting and planning efforts
- Manage and participate in teams performing financial and program analysis for FAA programs
- Develop tools and models to enhance financial reporting using databases and data visualization products
- Monitor and control expenditures and deliverables to ensure successful task order performance
- Provide training and mentoring in financial reporting and understanding for project teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 20 years of financial analysis experience, with FAA experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Operations Research, Finance, or Accounting
- Must be a US citizen or a legal resident for three of the past five years
- Eligibility for a US Public Trust security clearance, including a soft credit check and criminal background check
- High proficiency with FAA financial systems and MS Office products, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Masters degree in a related field
- Knowledge of FAA NAS systems and investment analysis
- Experience managing client relationships
- Strong analytical background and excellent communication skills
