Financial Analyst, Private Equity

Remote Full-time
About the position

Rosenberg & Parker is the world’s largest surety-only broker and advisor firm specializing in serving large publicly and privately held companies. At R&P, we are committed to delivering bespoke surety solutions tailored to complex corporate and transactional needs.
In recent years, R&P has expanded its focus into the private equity market to meet growing demand for specialized surety support. Today, we are a leading provider of surety solutions to PE firms and their portfolio companies, advising eight of the top ten global mega funds, as well as numerous middle-market sponsors.
Through our Financial Sponsors Practice, we support investment teams across the full investment lifecycle, conducting surety diligence on new acquisitions, structuring and managing surety programs post-close, and analyzing existing portfolio companies to identify opportunities where surety can enhance capital structure efficiency. Given the analytical rigor, clear communication, and close coordination required with both sponsors and portfolio company management teams, we are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to contribute meaningfully to this growing practice.

Role Summary:
This role supports the firm’s growth initiatives through market research, financial analysis, and client-facing support. The analyst works closely with senior team members, underwriters, and clients to assess bonding needs, evaluate credit risk, and support business development efforts within the private equity and financial sponsor ecosystem.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and underwriting partners
• Develop a working understanding of the surety industry, including underwriting considerations, regulatory requirements, and market trends
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen industry knowledge and strengthen analytical and business development capabilities

Requirements
