You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to help them understand their financial performance, make informed decisions, and plan for the future. This role sits at the intersection of analysis, storytelling, and partnership—you’ll not only work with the numbers, but also help translate them into insights that drive action.In this role, you’ll contribute to core FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, while also supporting month-end close and ongoing financial reporting. You’ll build and maintain financial models, analyze trends and variances, and provide visibility into key performance indicators. Along the way, you’ll develop strong business partnership skills, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and deepen your understanding of how finance supports a growing, dynamic company.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working cross-functionally, and continuing to grow their financial skillset in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You’ll operate with moderate independence, while also learning from a supportive team that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.This role reports to the Director, Corporate Finance.Where you can make an impact:Partner with stakeholders across assigned departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and expense managementBuild, maintain, and improve financial models used for planning and decision-makingTrack and report on performance against KPIs, budgets, and forecasts, highlighting key variances and trendsPrepare recurring financial reports and variance analyses, identifying risks and opportunitiesTranslate financial data into clear, actionable insights for both finance and non-finance audiencesCollaborate with Accounting during month-end close, including accruals and expense trackingSupport annual planning cycles and periodic forecasts by compiling data, validating assumptions, and modeling scenariosContribute to improving financial processes, reporting, and systems with a focus on efficiency and scalabilityWhat success looks like:You deliver accurate, timely, and reliable financial analysis that stakeholders trustYou build strong cross-functional relationships and become a valued thought partner to the teams you supportYou proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate them clearlyYou proactively leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and focus your time on higher-impact analysis and insightsYou manage competing priorities effectively and consistently meet deadlines without sacrificing qualityYou demonstrate strong attention to detail while maintaining a clear view of the bigger pictureYou take ownership of your work, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously improve your skills and processesYou are open to feedback, eager to learn, and actively contribute to a collaborative team environmentYour experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical rolesExperience supporting budgeting and forecasting processesStrong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel / Google SheetsExperience analyzing financial statements, including P&L, variance analysis, and accrualsStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information clearlyDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesWhere:This role will be remote (based in the U.S.).We believe great work can be done anywhere.
