Responsible to: Director Adult Career Services
This position description assist in providing outreach/recruitment services for potential FEC clientele.
Primary Objective: Determine eligibility for financial assistance for various grant programs. * Job Duties.
Conduct overviews on FEC services and programs
Provide search assistance and conduct client interviews
Provide outreach/recruitment service for potential FEC clientele.
Determine eligibility for financial assistance for various grant programs administered by FEC.
Assist with the placement and follow-up activities of all applicants
Provide follow up of FEC clientele.
Customer Service follow-up
Timely submission of activities/time on task
Other duties assigned.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED with basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills that are normally acquired through high school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
One to two years of experience in similar administrative position or combination of education and experience
Some accounting preferred
Computer skills are essential
Basic math literacy
Quick learner
Must be efficient
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Ability to work in a culturally diverse work environment
Must have reliable personal transportation and must have auto insurance
Must be able to pass a background check
