This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to corporate finance strategy and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, project-driven environment.Review and analyze contract documents and project agreements to identify key financial terms and obligations.Collaborate with project managers and finance leads to validate cost-to-complete estimates and ensure alignment with integration goals.Assist in the coordination of financial data during mergers and acquisitions, including data validation and reconciliation.Support the documentation and tracking of integration milestones, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.Participate in meetings and working sessions related to finance transformation projects.Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Finance Transformation team.PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Interest in corporate finance, business transformation, or mergers and acquisitions.COMPENSATIONThe approximate compensation for this position is $30 per hour. This compensation is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
