Join Johnson & Johnson’s Finance Summer 2026 Internship in El Paso, TX/Juarez, MX, supporting MedTech Supply Chain with financial analysis and budgeting. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Support budget management, capital budgeting, financial consolidation, and analysis • Work on ad-hoc financial projects and problem-solving • Engage in active business partnering and develop innovative methods to improve job metrics and processes • Contribute to the MedTech Supply Chain business operations About You The company is looking for: • Current enrollment in an accredited College/University is required pursuing an undergraduate or Fifth Year Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or business-related major with an expected graduation date in 2027 or 2028. • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel preferred • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future • Dual U.S. and Mexican Citizenship required Compensation & Benefits • Anticipated base pay between $25/hour and $28/hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience • Overtime eligible • Eligibility to participate in company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay according to plan terms • Ineligibility for severance Training & Development The internship provides practical business experience and leadership skill development through a full-time 10-week program. Career Progression This internship is a primary source of talent for Johnson & Johnson’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a 2.5-year rotational program designed to develop future finance business leaders with in-depth training, coaching, and multiple rotations.
