We are seeking to add a talented Finance Operations Manager to our team. This person will play a critical role in leading and optimizing our financial processes, with a key focus on invoicing thru revenue recognition. This is a highly visible role that will have an opportunity to make a significant impact on the business. This is a full-time remote position. Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm ET Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, GL/Revenue accounting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Develop and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows. Prepare financial reports and provide insights to senior management. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Manage financial administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to best practices. Work Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive experience in finance & accounting roles. Demonstrated experience with owning Order to Cash and Revenue recognition functions is preferred. Strong understanding of financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance. Proficiency in Msft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar). Self-starter, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred.
