Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist with a focus on payroll to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless financial operations and accurate payroll processing, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial procedures, payroll systems, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain and update employee data for payroll purposes.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and address any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to payroll and other finance operations activities.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and procedures.
• Train new and existing financial operations team members.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial and payroll information.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field-preferred.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and finance operations, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with payroll software and financial accounting systems.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
