Key Responsibilities

ā¢ Reconcile payroll discrepancies and address any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
ā¢ Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to payroll and other finance operations activities.
ā¢ Ensure adherence to financial controls and procedures.
ā¢ Train new and existing financial operations team members.
ā¢ Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial and payroll information.
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field-preferred.
ā¢ Proven experience in payroll processing and finance operations, preferably in a corporate environment.
ā¢ Proficiency with payroll software and financial accounting systems.

ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
