ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ā Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements.
Ā Coordinate and process team specific tasks as requested by the business.
Ā Perform quality reviews of other team members completed work and ensure data accuracy.
Ā Work across multiple systems and platforms.
Ā Interface with teams and businesses to resolve on-going issues and answer specific policy questions.
Ā Provide support and work on special projects as requested.
Ā Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues as appropriate.
Ā Associate must understand and adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security, and compliance
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Ā Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Ā Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Ā Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Ā Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability
Ā Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ā Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
Ā Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
Ā Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ā Great active listening skills
