As a Finance Data Tools and Processes Specialist (m/f/d) in the field of finance, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and managing the data structure and organization with finance and reporting tools and processes of the organization. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to develop and maintain reliable data structures that support accounting functions and compliance requirements.This position requires to be in our Allendorf office once a month.Your impactDevelop and implement data quality frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness in financial reporting and analysis.Craft and execute data validation and monitoring activities to identify and resolve data quality issues. Develop data quality metrics and dashboards to supervise and report on performance.Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with finance teams, IT, and other business units to understand data requirements, resolve data-related issues, and provide mentorship on best practices.Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on data quality standards, tools, and techniques. Raise awareness about the importance of data quality and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.Who you areYou are known for paying attention to detail and have a passion for accuracy, which makes you an outstanding Data Quality & Structure Expert! In order to ensure that you are successful in this role, you also have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
