Finance Associate (German - speaking)

Due to business expansion, with our client in the hospitality industry, we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible person for the position of Finance Associate, with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and strong knowledge of German language.Responsibilities:Working in the field of accounting and financeOperating within the Abacus accounting system with strong proficiencyMaintaining accounting records in accordance with applicable laws and regulationsPreparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsMonitoring and controlling expenses and budgetsPosting incoming and outgoing invoices; calculating VAT and other tax liabilitiesReconciling open items with customers and vendorParticipating in the preparation of supporting financial documentationRequirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar rolesEducational background in accounting, finance, or bankingExperience working for international companies in German and English languageExperience with the Abacus accounting software and strong knowledge of its functionalitiesPrevious experience working in Swiss-based companies is a plusHigh level of organization, responsibility, and proactivenessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, task management tools, CRM systems, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite What We Offer:Work in a pleasant and stable business environmentOpportunities for learning and professional developmentContinuous learning and professional development opportunitiesCompetitive salary packageRemote role with occasional office visits​Chance to be part of an international hospitality team
