Job Summary:
The Regulatory Reporting Financial Analyst role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing complex regulatory financial schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements, particularly for FR Y-14 reports.
This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends, variances, and anomalies while supporting regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, investigate, and document variances during the preparation of FR Y-14 M/Q schedules.
• Execute key reporting and process controls, including period-over-period trends, variance analysis, edit checks, and cross-report reconciliations.
• Collaborate with multiple lines of business to ensure timely and accurate report submissions.
• Operate with limited supervision while exercising independent judgment and autonomy.
• Perform ad hoc duties within the Regulatory Reporting and Compliance team.
Required Experience:
• Experience in financial services with exposure to regulatory reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and risk/control mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
• Experience with Axiom (preferred).
