Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Position Overview: Support the Project Controls team by handling operational tasks and reporting responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
ā¢ Process and review expense reports
ā¢ Manage workforce job codes and assignments
ā¢ Maintain and update rate trackers
ā¢ Bonus calculations and trackers
ā¢ Assist with month-end financial coding and reconciliation tasks
ā¢ Prepare and distribute monthly finance performance and results reports
ā¢ Support billing preparation through timesheet and labor hour validation
Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:
ā¢ Must have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in finance or project accounting.
ā¢ Intermediate Excel skills
ā¢ Good work ethic
ā¢ Verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:
ā¢ A bachelor's degree is desired
ā¢ Costpoint Project Accounting Experience is preferred
