Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Financial Management: Act as an integral part of the plug-and-play finance team, managing daily operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Financial Management and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions. Ensure financial practices are in compliance with Singapore financial regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Adapt and ensure compliance with Singapore legal and regulatory requirements for financial and tax reporting. Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and laws affecting the company operations.
Tax Planning and Compliance: Execute effective tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with Singapore tax laws. Prepare and review tax filings, minimizing liabilities while ensuring compliance.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies in Singapore.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring transparent communication and tailored financial services that align with their business needs.
Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge of Singapore Laws and Regulations, enabling you to adapt your expertise to the Singaporean context.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant certification from India with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a client-facing role within finance and accounting.
Expertise in managing end-to-end accounting and financial operations, with a deep understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and auditing.
Advanced proficiency in various accounting software like Xero and Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering strong client relationships in a remote work environment.
Quick learner, open to upskilling and adapting to Singapore financial regulations and practices.
